Any photos you use within the App, whether uploaded from your device's photo library or taken directly within the App, remain solely on your local device. The cartoon avatars generated through the App are also stored locally on your device, and we do not have any access to these photos or avatars at any time.

When you actively delete any content related to the App from your device, such as photos used for conversion or generated avatars, that information is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by us, as we do not collect or store any of this data.

3. No Sharing of Information

Since we do not collect any information from you or your device, there is no possibility of sharing, selling, renting, or leasing any of your information with third parties. All generated cartoon avatars are stored locally on your device, and any sharing of these avatars is entirely voluntary and controlled by you. The App may facilitate such sharing by allowing you to export the avatar from your local device, with all operations related to export completed locally to ensure your data remains under your control at all times.

4. Your Control Over Your Information

You have full and complete control over all content related to the App, as all information is stored and managed locally on your device. You can manage or delete any content associated with the App at any time through the following means:

Managing Photos: You can choose which photos to use within the App, and you can delete any photos from your device's photo library at any time, which will remove them from your local storage entirely.
Deleting Local Data: Any content related to the App, including generated avatars, can be deleted by uninstalling the App or by actively deleting specific content within the App. Uninstalling the App will remove all local data associated with ToonSelf from your device.
Withdrawing Consent: If you no longer wish to use the App, you can simply stop using it and uninstall it from your device. Since we do not collect any information, there is no need to take additional steps to "opt out" of data collection.

5. Children's Privacy

ToonSelf is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
